You pay standard eXp Realty fees, nothing more. Hi5 Success alone normally sells for $970+/year and is free for as long as you're in the group.
What's the difference between choosing Jacob as a sponsor vs. a co-sponsor?
Both sponsors and co-sponsors get full access to eXp Realty and everything in the Hi5 Group. The difference is the Agent Wolf Pack — those resources (private masterminds, Connor Steinbrook's onboarding system, Mike Sherrard's live training, and the Wolf Pack community) are only available if you choose Jacob as your sponsor, not co-sponsor.
Can I partner with Jacob if I'm outside the United States?
Yes. eXp Realty operates in 29+ countries and you can partner with me inside the Hi5 Group from any of them. Fee structures differ outside the U.S., so reach out and we'll walk you through what applies in your country. I conduct business in English and Spanish and actively welcome bilingual agents.
I'm already at eXp — can I still access your resources?
Hi5 Group resources are tied to sponsorship, so if you're already at eXp under another sponsor they aren't included. You do have two options: Hi5 Success is available as a paid membership to any agent, and Hi5 Biz Solutions works with agents on marketing regardless of brokerage.
