If you do not agree, please do not use the site. These terms apply to the site itself; a signed engagement agreement, course agreement or brokerage agreement governs the specific work and controls if it conflicts with anything here.

We make no representation or warranty that you will earn any particular amount, generate any particular number of leads, or achieve any particular ranking. Payments & Refunds

• Fees, billing frequency and payment terms are stated in your proposal, invoice or checkout page at the time of purchase.
• Recurring services bill automatically on the stated cycle until cancelled in accordance with your agreement.
• You authorize us and our payment processor to charge the payment method you provide.
• Late or failed payments may result in suspension of work or access until the balance is cleared.
• Digital products, courses and completed service work are non-refundable unless your agreement says otherwise. Where a refund policy applies, its terms are stated at the point of sale.
• Chargebacks filed without first contacting us may result in immediate termination of access.

Intellectual Property

The site's text, design, graphics, photography, video, code, course material, templates, frameworks and logos are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by copyright and trademark law.

You may view, download and print pages for your own reference. You may not copy, republish, resell, distribute, or use our material to build a competing training, course or program, and you may not remove any attribution. Course and coaching materials are licensed to one named person or organization and may not be shared with, resold to, or accessed by anyone else.

If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it.
