Karuvi.Social was founded by myself, Jacob Shireman, and Tharmila Rajasingam, seeing a need for a better solution for real estate agents when it comes to social media.
As marketing professionals and agents ourselves, we noticed that many of their agents were struggling with the same problem: what to post on social media. Even though they had access to top social media training, they found that the creative process of content creation and the strategy of how that content would help them get more followers and leads was missing.
In response to this challenge, Tharmila and I decided to develop karuvi, a social media content platform that takes the guesswork out of creating content for social media. The platform offers daily content ideas, daily strategy, pre-written captions, optimized hashtags, and editable templates, making it the ultimate tool for real estate agents looking to build their brands and grow their following.
We first tested the platform with our own real estate group, and it was immediately successful in helping our agents generate grow their following, and generate more leads and deals. We quickly realized that this is a tool that could benefit other agents as well. That’s why we decided to make it available to the public, both to our own group members for free and to other agents on a subscription basis.
With karuvi agents no longer have to spend countless hours trying to figure out what to post, and can instead focus on income-producing activities. The platform is designed to help agents promote their local community, increase their following, and position themselves as “go-to”experts in their local market.
