Webinar Funnels: The Secret Weapon for Your GoHighLevel Setup

Before Go High Level introduced this feature, I was paying around $90 per month for Easy Webinar. While that platform had more analytics and customization, I didn’t need all the extra features. Go High Level allows me to keep everything in one platform without relying on third-party automation tools like Zapier.

However, note that Go High Level doesn’t natively host live webinars—you’ll still need tools like Zoom for that. But for pre-recorded webinars, this feature streamlines everything, making lead management and automation much easier.

Many agencies use GHL to provide additional value to their clients. For example, in the real estate industry, many agents don’t have access to a CRM like KV Core, which costs $650/month but lacks many of GHL’s features.

By offering a white-label version of GHL, agencies can provide IDX feeds, customized CRM, website building, and social media scheduling—all in one place.

1. Go to the Webinar Section

   • In Go High Level, navigate to Sites → Webinars.

2. Choose Webinar Type

   • On-Demand – Pre-recorded, available anytime.
   • Live – Real-time, interactive session.

3. When to Use Each Type

   • On-Demand Webinars:
     • Ideal for automated lead generation.
     • Pre-record using Loom, Zoom, or OBS.
     • Avoid mentioning dates/times to keep it evergreen.
     • Allow instant access for better conversions.
   • Live Webinars:
     • Best for Q&A, training, or interactive events.
     • Great if you perform better live.
     • Can be repurposed into an on-demand webinar later.

1. On-Demand Webinar

   1. Name Your Webinar – Example: Pre-Recorded Webinar #1
   2. Create a Registration Form – Collect name, email (phone optional) to capture leads.
   3. Upload Your Video – Go High Level will encode it (up to 30 min).
   4. Choose a Funnel Template – Recommended: Financial Planning or E-Commerce Marketing.
   5. Customize Pages – Registration, Confirmation, and Broadcast pages. Track visitors, opt-ins, and conversions.
   6. Set Up Your Offer & CTA – Add a product under Payments & Products. Use a timed purchase button.

   Live Webinar

   1. Name Your Webinar – Example: Live Webinar #1
   2. Set Time & Date – Example: March 1st, 10 AM CST
   3. Create a Registration Form – Same as on-demand.
   4. Add Streaming Link – Use Zoom, YouTube Live, etc. Copy & paste the event link.
   5. Choose a Funnel Template – Recommended: E-Commerce Template.
   6. Customize Pages –
      • Registration Page – Strong CTA.
      • Confirmation Page – Encourage calendar adds.
      • Broadcast Page – Embed live chat.
   7. Run Your Webinar – Engage in chat, offer special deals, and record for future use.

• Use a Countdown Timer: Helps create urgency for sign-ups and purchases.
• Remove Unnecessary Links: Keep people on the funnel (no distractions).
• Leverage Retargeting Ads: Run ads to people who visited but didn’t register.
• Follow Up with Email Sequences: Keep nurturing leads who didn’t purchase.

Go High Level’s Webinar Funnel feature is a fantastic tool for anyone using webinars in their business. While it doesn’t yet have all the features of standalone webinar platforms, it saves money and keeps everything in one place.
