Go to https://joinapp.exprealty.com/ and fill out the form under “New Agent” to create an online account to submit your application.

Log into your eXp Realty account by following the link in your email or by logging in at https://joinapp.exprealty.com and clicking the ‘Returning User’ button. Enter your email address and password used to create your account.

Under ‘What’s Next’ click the button to start your application. If you are returning to complete your application, click the ‘Take me back’ button.

Complete the eXp Application and submit your ICA (Independent Contractor Agreement).

In this section, you will enter your personal information such as full name, email, phone number, address, etc.

Section 2 of 6
In this section, you will choose your eXp Realty Sponsor. This is where you will put my name, Jacob Shireman, in the ‘Sponsor Full Name’ text box. You will click the ‘Select Sponsor’ button. It will generate a list of names. My info will display Jacob Shireman, Richmond, Texas.

Section 3 of 6
In this section, you will entire your experience as an agent, your license information, realtor association, and current brokerage (if applicable).

Section 4 of 6
In this section, you will answer questions about your real estate experience. One question to note is “Will you be selling real estate with eXp as an individual agent or part of a team?” most of you will answer “Individual.” Joining my group is not a formal team inside of eXp Realty. Putting me as your sponsor will get you access to my resources and training as well as to the Wolf Pack’s resources.

If it asks you about requesting a specific mentor, select ‘No’.

Section 5 of 6
In this section, you will provide financial information on how you would like to be paid by eXp Realty. You will also provide information on how you would like to pay your one-time application fee and your monthly brokerage fee.

Section 6 of  6
In this section, you will provide and upload any required documents needed and accept your ICA.

eXp Realty and your broker will email you on the status of your application. You can also track the status of your application by logging back in. Once you are approved to join eXp Realty, you will receive instructions on how to transfer your license to eXp Realty. Once your license is active with eXp Realty, we will then start to get you access to all of our resources and start your onboarding process.
